Yes — we genuinely welcome pets! A pet fee applies (typically $25–$50/stay depending on the size and number of pets). Please disclose your pets at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly. We'd love to meet them.

The driveway comfortably fits 2 full-size SUVs plus 2 motorcycles. No street parking required and no garage fees. Pull right up and unload — it's one of those small things that makes a big difference.

Our standard cancellation policy is moderate — cancellations more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days receive a 50% refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance for full protection, especially during peak season. Message us if you have specific concerns — we're human and will work with you where we can.

Yes! The indoor swim spa is heated and available year-round — winter, summer, rain or shine. Being indoors means you're never at the mercy of the weather. It's one of our most-loved features because you can use it any time of day or night.

We set you up for a real stay, not a bare-bones one. You'll find linens and towels provided, starter toiletries (soap, shampoo, and the basics), paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and a starter set of kitchen essentials including coffee, cooking oil, and basic spices. You won't need a grocery run just to get settled in.

No minimum stay — you can book as little as one night. That said, most guests find that two or three nights is the sweet spot to really take advantage of everything the cabin has to offer. Peak weekends and holidays may have different minimums reflected in the booking calendar.

Lightning Bug Holler sleeps up to 7 guests — 2 kings, 1 queen, and a sofa sleeper. The cabin is permitted and insured for 7 guests maximum. We ask that you honor this limit so everyone (and the cabin) is taken care of.
